Where we stand on copyright
CRYPTO PULZE is a publisher, so copyright cuts both ways for us. We create original work every day and expect it to be respected, and we hold ourselves to the same standard with everyone else’s work. This page explains both directions: how to complain if you believe content on cryptopulze.com infringes your rights, and what you may and may not do with ours.
How we use third-party material
Our reporting sometimes quotes documents, embeds public statements, or reproduces brief excerpts and images for the purpose of news reporting, criticism, and commentary, in reliance on fair use and equivalent doctrines. We credit sources and link to originals as standard practice. Charts and screenshots of on-chain data or public filings are used to evidence the specific claims in an article. If you believe any use goes beyond that, tell us; we would rather fix a genuine problem in a day than argue about it for a month.
Filing a copyright complaint
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act for one, and believe material on this site infringes your work, send a notice to support@cryptopulze.com with the subject line LEGAL: DMCA. For your notice to be actionable it must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, or a representative list if there are several;
- The exact URL(s) on cryptopulze.com where the allegedly infringing material appears, precise enough for us to find it;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices slow everything down, usually because we have to write back asking for the missing piece. Complete ones are reviewed promptly, and where a claim is valid we will remove or disable access to the material and note the removal in the article where appropriate.
Counter-notices
If material you posted or supplied was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was erroneous; your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to our operator’s location; and your signature. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material if the dispute is not escalated to a court within the statutory window.
Abuse of this process
Knowingly false infringement claims can carry legal liability for the sender, including costs and damages. We also recognize the pattern, common in the crypto world, of takedown notices used to suppress unflattering but accurate reporting about a project or token. We evaluate every notice on its merits, we do not remove accurate journalism to make a complaint go away, and we reserve the right to report abusive notices publicly.
Repeat infringers
Where any contributor or third party repeatedly supplies infringing material, we terminate the relationship.
Using our content
You are welcome to link to any article, share links anywhere, and quote short excerpts with clear attribution to CRYPTO PULZE and a link back to the original. You may not republish full articles, mirror the site, feed our archive into bulk scraping pipelines, or use our name or work to promote any product or token without written permission. Licensing and syndication requests go to support@cryptopulze.com and are usually answered within a few business days.
