Read this one properly

Most disclaimer pages are written to be skipped. This one is written to be read, because on a cryptocurrency news site the gap between “information” and “advice” is where people lose money. So here it is, as plainly as we can put it: CRYPTO PULZE publishes news and analysis. It does not, under any circumstances, publish financial advice.

Not financial advice, and we mean it

No article, headline, market recap, analysis piece, or social post from CRYPTO PULZE is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, borrow against, or otherwise touch any cryptocurrency, token, NFT, derivative, or related product. We are not licensed financial advisers, brokers, or portfolio managers, and nothing here creates an adviser-client relationship of any kind. If an article discusses a price level, a trend, an analyst’s target, or a fund’s position, that is reporting on what is happening in the market, not a signal about what you should do in it.

Volatility and the real risk of loss

Cryptocurrency markets are among the most volatile in the world. Assets routinely move double-digit percentages in a day and have, more than once in this industry’s short history, gone to effectively zero. Understand what you are exposed to:

  • Total capital loss. You can lose every unit of currency you put into a digital asset. Never commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
  • Liquidity risk. In stressed markets, you may be unable to sell at any acceptable price, or at all.
  • Counterparty risk. Exchanges and custodians can freeze withdrawals, be hacked, or fail. Assets held on a platform are only as safe as that platform.
  • Technical risk. Smart contract bugs, protocol exploits, lost keys, and mistaken transactions are usually irreversible. There is no customer-service line for the blockchain.
  • Regulatory risk. A rule change in one jurisdiction can reprice an asset globally overnight, or cut you off from a service you depend on.
  • Leverage risk. Trading with borrowed funds can produce losses far exceeding your initial stake, at speeds no human can react to.

Do your own research

DYOR is a cliche in this industry because it is the only defensible policy. Before making any decision about a digital asset, verify claims against primary sources, read the documentation, check the on-chain data, understand who controls the project and its treasury, and be brutally skeptical of anyone promising returns. Then, if real money is at stake, talk to a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional in your jurisdiction who knows your personal situation. We do not know your situation, which is precisely why we cannot advise you.

Accuracy has a shelf life

We verify facts before publishing, as described in our Fact-Checking Policy, but crypto prices, yields, market caps, and rankings change continuously. Every number in an article was true when we checked it and may be wrong within the hour. Never act on a figure from a news article without confirming it against a live source.

Opinions, forecasts, and quoted sources

Analysis and commentary reflect the interpretation of the writer at the time of writing. When we quote traders, executives, or analysts, we report what they said, which is not the same as endorsing it. Forward-looking statements, ours or anyone’s, are educated guesses about an unknowable future and should be treated with matching skepticism.

Third-party sites, ads, and affiliate links

We link to external sites we do not control and take no responsibility for their content or conduct. Some links on CRYPTO PULZE are affiliate links and some placements are paid advertising, always subject to the disclosure rules in our Editorial Standards and Ownership & Funding pages. An advertisement on this site is not an endorsement by this site.

No liability for your decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRYPTO PULZE accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising directly or indirectly from reliance on anything published here. Your decisions belong to you. We work to make sure the information is accurate; we cannot make it a substitute for your own judgment.
